This position plays a critical role in working alongside financial planners, advisors, and clients to assess, implement, and manage comprehensive insurance strategies as part of broader financial planning solutions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct insurance gap analyses and recommend customized solutions
• Meet with clients to address Medicare planning, life insurance, disability coverage, and other key policies
• Collaborate with financial planners and wealth advisors to deliver integrated financial strategies
• Identify and pursue opportunities to assist existing clients with Medicare planning and enrollment
• Stay current on Medicare regulations, insurance products, and industry best practices
• Deliver clear, educational guidance to help clients make confident financial decisions
• Ensure planning and documentation meet all regulatory and compliance standards
• Partner with internal professionals in tax, estate planning, and financial advising for client success
• Build long-term relationships with clients through events, workshops, and ongoing support

Qualifications Required:

• 5–7 years of experience in insurance planning or Medicare consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• Active Health & Life Insurance and Medicare licenses (Access Health licenses preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven analytical skills for evaluating financial and insurance data
• Client-focused mindset with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
